My overall review of the experience was that I learned new ways of presenting a lesson to my students in a way that is fun, enjoyable for students and the teacher, and students can be fully engaged and take ownership of their own learning through group work, projects that were meaningful, and useful in life.
Get Your Teach On was a great experience. I got to collaborate and discuss content knowledge with teachers from all around the United States. I learned various strategies in both math and reading. Lastly, I learned great techniques to utilize for better planning.
The overall experience was great. Getting to meet teachers from across the nation and share our teaching styles was very interesting.
