The Video about discipline and Management Strategies was a good start for new teachers to get ideas about starting the new year in the classroom. The video gives ideas how to setup the right environment to have a successful year.
A bit dated but overall I think that this PD will definitely shape how the beginning of the year looks in my classroom.
