I had a tremendous experience in the sessions. The presenters showed deep knowledge and shared their experience with us.
The training was very engaging and well planned with thoughtful speakers who were clearly experts on topics. While there were many valuable lessons learned, they had much more limited options for elementary educators compared to high school level. I usually only had one option to choose to go to while others had many, and stayed with the same speaker for the majority of the time, so I didn’t get as much differentiation. I enjoyed it, but it was also not entirely conducive to a solo attendee and often required team planning or building activities, whereas my team did not attend with me.
