Overall the experience was excellent. The presenter provided us with an insight to a students mindset and how we can change a student that comes in with a fixed mindset and change it to a growth mindset. A student who has a fixed mindset will avoid challenges, give up when faced with obstacles/setbacks, they will view putting in effort as negative and do not respond to criticism well. On the other hand a student who has a growth mindset is completely opposite.
