TxCEE, TASB, and TASPA present:

Optimizing Educator Effectiveness: A Multifaceted Approach

October 27-28, 2015

Embassy Suites San Marcos, TX

Are your current structures and practices not yielding the results you want for your district? Come learn how to transform your district through an improved Human Capital Management System. At the symposium, you will hear from a number of school districts in Texas (including Houston ISD, Austin ISD, Dallas ISD, Pharr-San-Juan-Alamo ISD, Lytle ISD, and Anderson-Shiro CISD) that have created a customized HCMS by designing educator evaluation systems that include student growth measures. Learn how to improve instruction in the classroom, improve leadership in your administrators, and align programs and initiatives across the district to maximize the effectiveness of your educators. Hear from practitioners on how they designed and implemented their HCMS and lessons learned along the way.
