Lauren Anshutz currently serves as the Performance-Based Compensation System (PBCS) Coordinator at TxCEE.
She coordinates processes for computing educator effectiveness and performance-based compensation. Lauren also participates in the development, enhancement, and use of the TEEMS data system.
Before joining the TxCEE staff, she taught for ten years in North Carolina and Texas. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Indiana University and M.Ed. in Educational Administration from Concordia University.
