Strengthening PLC Collaboration and Focus: TxCEE's Approach (Session ID: 391215)

Description: This one-day training is designed for district- or campus-administrators who want to strengthen or transform current professional learning community (PLC) structures from mundane meetings to highly effective collaborative learning opportunities. Participants will reflect on current PLC structures; explore research-based components of a PLC; and learn implementation strategies that lead to results-driven, collaborative learning opportunities.

Texas Center for Educator Excellence

The Texas Center for Educator Excellence (TxCEE), supported through Region 18 Education Service Center (ESC), provides technical assistance to Texas school districts to improve educator excellence. TxCEE’s mission focuses on equipping educators to improve student achievement by aligning district resources and increasing educator effectiveness through campus leadership training, coaching, and instructional support.
